Fire is destruction itself. Without an alchemist's hand, it kills and tears down villages, cities and towns. Add it to a man and he becomes the wielder of it. Man itself is already dangerous enough, a few with flames at the beck and call is more threatening. Its meant to be hidden and pushed away. No one should see the secrets. I see that now.

Combing a hand through her hair, Lust jumped in through the window to see Mustang sitting at his desk, seeming to be lazing around. Taking a few steps to the front of the desk, her heels clicked as she leaned over the desk to press a kiss to his forehead. “I suggest you do something, Colonel. Idle hands are the Devil’s workshop, you know.”
“You shouldn’t expect much from me, Colonel.” She gave a dark chuckle, sitting on the desk rather than standing above him. “And it’s not always your office I swoop into, don’t feel as if you’re something special. Sometimes I’ll jump into the Fuhrer’s office. It just adds something more spectacular than just walking in through a door and getting shot at.” She shrugged, looking down at the Colonel with watchful eyes.
♟“Which is why you should leave. Before the Lieutenant returns.” He repeated, eyes moving to the blank pieces of paper in front of him to avoid looking up at Lust. “Are you sure you don’t mind being here?” He suddenly asked, a hint of arrogance in his voice at his idea. “There’s no..bad memories to what happened beneath this building?” His eyes finally glance up at her, eyebrows raising in question with a smirk playing on his lips but seeming to be forced down.
♟Her lips hit his all too fast, the reaction from him being his entire body stilling and eyes widening slowly. Of course it didn’t hit him to push her away or even do what the usual reaction of snapping his fingers to set her alight ( she was too close for that anyway. He’d most likely get himself in the process as well as her ), he simply continued not to move, possibly not out of control but more shock.
The expression in her eyes contorted into one of confusion. “I… Can, but I don’t particularly want to. There are certain things one can lust for, and revenge is not something I want.” Steadying herself, eyebrows furrowed into confusion, eyes wandering from him to their surroundings, a frown placing itself on her lips. “Why wonder, Colonel?”
♟Roy moved from his hands and knees backwards to a position to which a student would sit in front of their master, his head down, hair covering his eyes, and hands either side of him to support himself. “You’re not an idiot.” He finally says, implying she should know.“A human seeks out another to find one perfect for their current mood." Who better to go to than Lust, itself? His mind finished, words themselves being pushed down his throat to keep from moving past his lips.
“Why kill yourself after you’ve already killing an immortal? I’d figure that would be a victory you should celebrate, killing somebody like me. And why feel so guilty, Mustang? They’re your actions, and you can’t change them.”
♟“Because it’s not worth it. And the guilt that’s weighing down on me after pointless orders will either get me turned on the military, or I can shoot myself before another death happens because of me. Even if it is a woman’s who I’ve already killed before, its a warning for me to stopaltogether before someone else gets hurt.”
♟Her lips hit his all too fast, the reaction from him being his entire body stilling and eyes widening slowly. The grip on her ankle came as a shock, and she tumbled down onto the ground, crashing practically on top of him. “Of course not, I’m not one for revenge, Mustang. If you want revenge, find Wrath.” Dear lord, he was not giving up. He seemed so determined to end her life once more. Withholding a sigh, she tried to pull her ankle out from his grasp to rise off the ground again.
♟Roy remained on his hands and knees as she stood up, attempting to steady his currently heavy breathing. He didn’t respond immediately.. His eyes just glance up at her once, looking past his hair. Apparently, fighting her was useless. She didn’t budge an inch. “You can lust for revenge, correct?” He finally replied with a question, his voice strained as he tried to avoid strengthening the pain in his chest.
Rolling her eyes, a chuckle escaped her lips. “Well, I mean, I am pretty good at staying undercover, Colonel. I could use it if I wanted to, but swinging through windows just seems a lot more… Fun.” She could play his game. “Plus, the Fuhrer prefers I stay rather… Undercover. I’m good at that, so I really have no problem sneaking in.”
♟“You just prefer to scare whoever’s in my office when you appear?” His question appeared to be more of a statement. He placed his pen on his desk dropping back into his seat, his posture kept straight. “The Lieutenant should be returning here soon so I expect you gone before she even sees you.” He warned, leaning back in his seat and clasping his hands together on his desk as he looked up at her.

♟‘You can’t tell anyone about this.’
“You act as if you’d be able to get there fast enough to spot them and have a nice little chat with them while they’re trying to kill you. My family doesn’t care about my personal actions so long as I get what business they require of me done, Colonel.” Rolling her eyes, she crossed her arms, a smug smirk noticing the flush on his cheeks. “Somebody’s flustered.” Lust crossed over.
♟The colonel elicited a ‘hmph’ sound at her point, eyes then gleaming darkly. “I’m sure I can kill whoever attacks me first over and over again until they’re begging for mercy. That always leaves the perfect chance to talk.” His voice didn’t sound threatening nor dark, mainly casual as if it were an action repeated by him more than once to only one of the homunculi. He snapped out of his thoughts and halted as she mentioned his current state. Clearing his throat, he faced her. “Leading someone on does then stopping because it’s not going their way does get a man riled and frustrated. I’m sure women get that way too.” He muttered to himself, however, almost at normal volume loud enough for her to hear.
